  • Fabric & efficiency measures: cavity or solid wall insulation, loft insulation, draught-proofing, glazing, ventilation systems (MEV/MVHR), and other non-fossil measures.
  • Low-carbon heating: air or ground source heat pumps, hybrid systems, high heat-retention electric storage heaters, or rural biomass (where appropriate).

Renewable upgrades: new solar panels, battery storage, wind turbines or expanding an existing solar system.

I did not think I’d be eligible but Charles and Kate have been fantastic guiding me through and overseeing what has resulted in a 2 phase upgrade. Phase 1 loft insulation completed – the house is now noticeably less draughty. Phase 2 is just about to start this will get some heating into my home.
