Pathways explained:
‘Funded’ means you are only considering upgrades covered by official HM GOV schemes such as The Warm Homes Local Grant.
‘Self-funded’ means you want to pay for the upgrades yourself, either with or without finance.
‘Explore options’ means you are considering both funded and self-funded options to see what you might qualify for and can afford.

Register your details
Next, we ask for some basic information about you and your property. This helps us guide you appropriately — whether that’s checking grant eligibility, recommending suitable measures, or planning self-funded improvements like solar panels, loft insulation, or heating upgrades.
All applicants must provide accurate contact information and property details. g4hi.co.uk is a licensed data organisation, and all users must give GDPR consent to use our service.

Property Survey
After registration a property assessment may be required to ensure the recommended improvements are suitable for your home. This step helps us provide accurate guidance, confirm eligibility for funding if applicable, and plan the best upgrades for your property.
For grant-funded applicants, supporting evidence may be required to validate eligibility. For self-funded applicants you may be asked to provide photos of your properties roof or measurements in advance of the assessment to help us identify the most effective measures and ensure any works are safe, efficient, and tailored to your home.
The survey and assessment process is free and straightforward and any required supporting documentation can be uploaded securely through your Application Dashboard.

Installation of Works
Once your property assessment is complete, your installation team will confirm the works and schedule convenient dates with you. Typical updates take 7–21 days, though times may vary depending on workload.
No news is usually good news, but you can always check progress via your Dashboard or contact your installation team directly.
After the work is completed, we’ll ask you to provide feedback on your installation experience. Our team is also on hand to ensure any snagging issues are resolved, warranties are issued, and everything is completed to a high standard.
