I did not think I’d be eligible but Charles and Kate have been fantastic guiding me through and overseeing what has resulted in a 2 phase upgrade. Phase 1 loft insulation completed – the house is now noticeably less draughty. Phase 2 is just about to start this will get some heating into my home. Although the process took awhile before the work started I have been kept up-to-date with application progress throughout. Altogether a good experience. Thank you
